Rental length: Standard rental = 7 hours (includes pre & post setup).
Hourly overtime: $150 / hour for additional use.
Deposits & fees
- Deposit to confirm booking: $500 (non-refundable; deducted from rental fee).
- Damage deposit: $500 (refunded within 5–7 business days if no damage).
- Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added as required by law.
- Alcohol: If alcohol is served, service must be provided by a TABC certified bartender. Caterer/bar must provide alcohol liability insurance certificate. Security officer is required if alcohol is served.
Technician & extras
- Technician on-site (if required): flat $250 for up to 6 hours (for premium and ultimate packages and optional for essential elegance).
- Cleaning fee: $250.
- Pre-Event Setup (if required): $100.
