Services

Rental length: Standard rental = 7 hours (includes pre & post setup).
Hourly overtime: $150 / hour for additional use.

Deposits & fees

  • Deposit to confirm booking: $500 (non-refundable; deducted from rental fee).
  • Damage deposit: $500 (refunded within 5–7 business days if no damage).
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added as required by law.
  • Alcohol: If alcohol is served, service must be provided by a TABC certified bartender. Caterer/bar must provide alcohol liability insurance certificate. Security officer is required if alcohol is served.

Technician & extras

  • Technician on-site (if required): flat $250 for up to 6 hours (for premium and ultimate packages and optional for essential elegance).
  • Cleaning fee: $250.
  • Pre-Event Setup (if required): $100.

The Essential Elegance ($1,400)

  • Full access to the event space specified.
  • Basic PA system included.

Extras & fee:
Cleaning Fee $250.
Pre-Event Setup (if required) $100.

Premium Audio & Light ($1,800)

  • Full access to the event space specified.
  • Full audio, lighting & sound system.
    Technician on-site available: $250 flat for 6 hours (in-house).

Extras & fee:
Cleaning Fee $250.
Pre-Event Setup $100 (optional).

Ultimate AV & Ambience ($2,200)

  • Full access to the event space.
  • Full AV System:
  • Full Lighting
  • LED Wall.
    Technician on-site: $250 flat for 6 hours (in-house).

Extras & fee:
Cleaning Fee $250.
Pre-Event Setup $100 (optional).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, 25 × 60” round tables, 200 banquet chairs, ADA restrooms. Maximum occupancy: 293.
