Rental Length & Overtime
Standard rental: 7 hours
Includes pre-event setup and post-event breakdown.
Overtime:
Additional hours are billed at $150 per hour beyond the standard rental period.

Deposits, Fees & Compliance
Booking deposit: $500
(non-refundable, deducted from total rental fee)
Damage deposit: $500
(refunded within 5–7 business days if no damage)
Taxes:
Applicable taxes added as required by law
Alcohol policy: If alcohol is served
- TABC-certified bartender required
- Caterer/bar must provide alcohol liability insurance
- Security officer is mandatory
