Rental Length & Overtime

Standard rental: 7 hours
Includes pre-event setup and post-event breakdown.
Overtime:
Additional hours are billed at $150 per hour beyond the standard rental period.

Deposits, Fees & Compliance

Booking deposit: $500
(non-refundable, deducted from total rental fee)
Damage deposit: $500
(refunded within 5–7 business days if no damage)
Taxes:
Applicable taxes added as required by law

Alcohol policy: If alcohol is served

  • TABC-certified bartender required
  • Caterer/bar must provide alcohol liability insurance
  • Security officer is mandatory

Entertainment & Production

On-site technician:
$250 flat fee (up to 6 hours)
Required for Premium & Ultimate packages; optional for Essential Elegance
Cleaning fee: $250
Pre-event setup (if required): $100
